The second-year pro out of Boise State will get the first look at the vacancy created by George Fant's season-ending ACL tear suffered in Friday's preseason game against the Vikings. Fant is scheduled to have surgery on his right knee next week.
Odhiambo, a third-round pick in 2016, was the initial replacement when Fant needed to be carted off the field Friday, and coach Pete Carroll said Monday that, in preparation for this Friday's exhibition against the Chiefs, the 6-foot-4, 315-pounder stepping in at LT will be "the first thing that happens.
