With Seattle Seahawks training camp for 2018 in full swing, there is some injury news to pass along concerning three players, two of whom had figured to be significant contributors on their respective sides of the ball.
Head coach Pete Carroll confirmed that DE Dion Jordan has been placed on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list due to a knee injury. This follows the news back in June that he would be out 6-8 weeks after having surgery, but Carroll says this injury is a new one. Obviously the health of Jordan has been an issue dating back to his days with the Miami Dolphins, and this is the second year in a row that he’s entered training camp unable to participate due to knee problems.
