There is some good news and some bad new for the Seahawks as far as injuries go in week four versus the Cardinals. It appears that edge rusher Ziggy Ansah will be able to play but it remains to be seen just how much he will. But Seattle will be without Rashaad Penny again.
Penny missed week three with a hamstring injury. He practiced this week and coach Pete Carroll was hoping he would be able to play against Arizona. Penny won’t. Arizona is terrible against the run and Penny might be needed greatly should Chris Carson continue his fumbling woes.
