Ian Rapoport reports that the Seahawks are bringing in Michigan State DT Malik McDowell for a pre-draft visit on Monday.
McDowell is considered to be one of the most talented defensive prospects in this year’s draft class. However, some have said they’re concerned about McDowell’s effort and issues that occurred with his college coaching staff and teammates.
McDowell previously worked out for the Dolphins and visited with the Redskins.
During his college career at MSU, McDowell recorded 88 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 24.5 tackles for a loss, one interception returned for a touchdown and two forced fumbles.
