Just some housekeeping to start this first week of August.
Firstly, the Seattle Seahawks officially placed Chance Warmack on the reserve/opt-out list, as the former first-round offensive lineman remains the only Seattle player to opt-out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19 concerns.
Secondly, Seattle also waived linebacker Emmanuel Ellerbee with an injury designation. He reverted to injured reserve but he does not take up a roster space.
Ellerbee played in four games in 2018 after he was claimed off waivers in midseason. He was on injured reserve for all of 2019 after hurting his knee.
