The Seahawks started their game on Sunday with a chance to become the number one seed in the NFC. It took about one quarter of play against the Rams to realize Seattle would finish the game as the current number five seed in the NFC. The Rams dominated Seattle in a 28-12 victory.
Seattle looked slower than Los Angeles and appeared tired. The defense had trouble getting set during a lot of the first half and Los Angeles took advantage averaging nearly 10 yards a play for most of the half. Physically, Seattle was overmatched but worse, they were out prepared and outcoached.
