Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls was listed as one of 10 players who were not expected to play Thursday against the Minnesota Vikings, Seattle’s second preseason game, as he continues to recover from ankle surgery.
But Rawls could see game action before the preseason is done, general manager John Schneider said during his regular pre-game segment on the team’s flagship radio station, ESPN 710 Seattle.
Schneider said specifically that “Thomas, looking at maybe getting him in at the end of the fourth game, get him some carries, let him hit a little bit.”
The Seahawks host Minnesota next week and will conclude the preseason at Oakland on Sept.
