RENTON -- When Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett takes the field against the Atlanta Falcons in Saturday's NFC divisional-round matchup, he'll be going against the man perhaps most responsible for bringing him back to Seattle.
Falcons head coach Dan Quinn was the Seahawks defensive line coach when Bennett initially joined Seattle as an undrafted free agent in 2009. Then after Bennett established himself as a pro with Tampa Bay, Quinn, then the Seahawks' newly appointed defensive coordinator, talked Bennett into coming back to the Pacific Northwest as a free agent ahead of the 2013 season.
