Seahawks' Doug Baldwin headed back to Pro Bowl, replacing Larry Fitzgerald

Doug Baldwin is headed to the Pro Bowl for the second consecutive season.

The Seattle Seahawks' seventh-year wide receiver was named to the NFC roster as an injury replacement for the Arizona Cardinals' Larry Fitzgerald, the team announced Thursday.

Baldwin, 29, narrowly missed out on his third straight 1,000-yard season, catching 75 passes for 991 yards -- both team highs -- and eight touchdowns. He made his only other Pro Bowl after the 2016 season.

“Doug just put an exclamation point on another great season," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said after Baldwin caught two touchdowns in Seattle's season-ending loss to Arizona.
