Back in 2015, the team finished 2nd in the league in pressure percentage, per Football Outsiders. That was Seattle’s defense at its best: creating organic pressure by rushing just four, with pattern-matching principles in-behind tying everything together – along with a nice stunt/twist package to keep folks on their toes.
