Seahawks churn roster prior to game vs Cleveland

The Seattle Seahawks churned their roster on Tuesday in a way that will remind fans of the 2010 season. Three players were cut. Three new ones were signed. The also lost another to injured reserve.

The biggest turnover happened at running back. DuJaun Harris, who had 18 carries in last week’s win over Baltimore, was released. The Seahawks also officially placed Thomas Rawls on injured reserve.

To replace them, the Seahawks added Bryce Brown. He was with the Seahawks earlier this season, but was inactive for every game he was on the roster. Brown and Derrick Coleman are expected to get the majority of the carries for Seattle this week.
