The inactives have been announced for the Seattle Seahawks’ Week 4 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals, and the most notable news is that running back Rashaad Penny is a no-go with his hamstring injury. Perhaps they’re saving him (and others) for Thursday against the Los Angeles Rams. Special teams ace Neiko Thorpe will miss his third straight game with his own hamstring issue, although Ugo Amadi has been doing an excellent job looking like Thorpe out there.
One notable healthy scratch is rookie safety Marquise Blair. This may indicate we could see Tedric Thompson get some snaps, as he’s returned from his injury but has lost his starting job to Lano Hill.
