The Seattle Seahawks went on the road as injured as they’ve been all season to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and ultimately didn’t have enough as they lost 14-5. The Seahawks fell to 8-3-1 but remain in second place in the NFC and in first in the NFC West; the Arizona Cardinals, LA Rams, and San Francisco 49ers all lost on Sunday.
Playing without Justin Britt and C.J. Prosise, then benching Garry Gilliam for Bradley Sowell, the Seattle offense pitched perhaps their worst game of the season, gaining just 133 yards of offense through the first three quarters, including just 31 net passing yards.
