Tuesday the Seattle Seahawks released defensive back DeMarkus Acy from the practice squad, which reduced the depth the team had in the secondary while creating an open spot for a potential signing. Some fans and observers had thought that practice squad spot could be filled by the recently released Luke Willson, but the front office and coaching staff apparently had other ideas.
So, with Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde still dealing with injuries, and Rashaad Penny not yet back from reconstructive surgery last December, the Seahawks opted to bring back Bo Scarbrough.
