Seahawks beat the league’s worst, but they’re ready for the best

The Seahawks won their first two games in tight battles with the Bengals and Steelers. They lost their third contest to the Saints but bounced back with their best overall performance in their win over the Cardinals. That 3-1 record looks nice until you realize that those three wins were against teams that, at least so far, are really bad. Both the Bengals and Cardinals are winless and the Steelers only win is over the hapless Bengals. The combined record of Seattle’s victims is 1-11-1. That’s hardly the stuff of heroic tales. I still believe the Hawks are ready for the league’s best.
