The Seattle Seahawks, as usual, pushed it right to the 1 PM PST deadline on Saturday to make the necessary moves to get from 90 to 53 on the active roster. They began the day with a massive splash, trading away Barkevious Mingo, Jacob Martin and a pick for Jadeveon Clowney. For now, here’s the Seahawks’ official 53-man roster; it’ll no doubt change in the coming days ahead of next Sunday’s Week 1 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. For starters, they need a backup QB given they cut Geno Smith.
Just to note, Jadeveon Clowney is not on the 53-man roster yet, so technically this is a 52-man roster at the moment.
