Seahawks 2025 Free Agents: Seattle set to bring back non-tendered ERFA

As the new NFL league year approached, the Seattle Seahawks made a flurry of roster moves, including releasing several veterans for salary cap purposes, trading DK Metcalf and Geno Smith, extending Jarran Reed, Ernest Jones and Josh Jobe, while tendering Brady Russell.

The exclusive rights free agent tender extended to Russell came as no surprise, as he has quickly become one of the team leaders in special teams snaps since the Hawks poached him off the practice squad of the Philadelphia Eagles early in the 2023 season.
