The Seattle Seahawks took care of their business when they beat the Arizona Cardinals at home. However, their lead in the NFC West would’ve only lasted a few hours had the Los Angeles Rams beaten the red-hot Philadelphia Eagles.
Saquon Barkley made sure that not only would his Eagles enhance their grip on the NFC East lead, but that the Seahawks would enter December in the driver’s seat in the much more tightly contested NFC West.
Barkley rushed for an Eagles franchise record 255 yards on 26 carries and touchdowns of 70 and 72 yards to give Philadelphia an emphatic 37-20 road win over the Rams.
