RENTON, Wash. -- Even Pete Carroll had trouble finding positives in the Seattle Seahawks' offensive showing Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
"Really disappointed with our performance yesterday," Carroll said Monday. "From the top on down."
The Seahawks managed just one field goal in 11 offensive possessions, failed to convert on their first 10 third-down opportunities and turned the ball over three times.
It was a concerning display for a team that is usually peaking at this time of year.
But there was at least one takeaway that has Carroll encouraged: Russell Wilson made more plays with his legs than he has at any other point this season.
