Russell Wilson, Seahawks working out in Los Angeles

Last offseason, many Seattle Seahawks teammates traveled to Hawaii in an effort to help exorcise the demons of Super Bowl XLIX. This year, it appears they've traveled to Los Angeles for some exercise.

Several members of the Seahawks offense -- quarterback Russell Wilson, wide receivers Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse, Tyler Lockett and Paul Richardson, tight ends Luke Willson and Cooper Helfet, and many of the team's offensive linemen, including newcomers J'Marcus Webb and Bradley Sowell -- are working out at the University of Southern California campus in L.A.

These player-led practices are nothing new for the Seahawks, with Wilson organizing workouts in nearby Hermosa Beach in 2013 and 2014 before moving them to Maui last year following Seattle's heartbreaking Super Bowl defeat.
