In Sunday’s victory over the Detroit Lions, Russell Wilson put together a vintage performance. Wilson was highly efficient, safe with the football but still took (and completed) downfield shots. His final numbers reflected that: 14-of-17, 248 yards and three touchdowns.
Though we’ve seen that version of Wilson countless times before, he did accomplish something we were yet to see from him: A perfect passer rating of 158.3. Wilson not only had a perfect passer rating for the first time in his career, but the first time in Seattle Seahawks franchise history (on a minimum of 10 attempts).
