What a ride.
The Seattle Seahawks achieved the league’s first 4-1 record against the L.A. Rams on Thursday evening. The biggest difference statistically in Seattle’s win is a direct comparison of best on best on the offensive side of the ball.
Most rational people are in agreement that Aaron Donald is perennially nominated for best player in the NFL. While he wasn’t game-changing against the Hawks, he was still very, very good. On the first two drives in particular his presence felt suffocating to Seattle’s O-line.
But offensively, the Los Angeles Rams have put most their eggs - and dollars - in the baskets of Jared Goff and Todd Gurley.
