While the final preseason game doesn’t usually amount to much for certain players, it’s the the most important game of the year for others fighting for their NFL lives.
That was the case for Seahawks running backs Troymaine Pope and Alex Collins Thursday night, as the pair took turns showcasing their cases for a roster spot in leading Seattle to a 23-21 win over Oakland.
