RENTON, Wash. -- When the Seattle Seahawks beat the Kansas City Chiefs in their preseason opener, safety Earl Thomas celebrated like it was a playoff game, skipping onto the field with his arms raised high in the air.
That's just how he is wired, and it's the same at practice. Whether he's on the field getting reps or on the sideline watching his teammates, Thomas' intensity never wavers.
"Earl Thomas is kind of like, either the Dos Equis guy or Chuck Norris," said cornerback Richard Sherman. "He’s a guy that is exactly who people think he is and better than the people who think he’s the best.
