The quality performance of wide receiver Easop Winston Jr in preseason was apparently not enough for him to finally breakthrough to the Seattle Seahawks’ regular season roster.
NFL insider Tom Pelissero reports that Winston is being waived.

Winston developed good chemistry with backup quarterback Sam Howell. Overall, Winston caught 8 passes for 98 yards and scored a touchdown against the Tennessee Titans. Having been signed to the practice squad in 2022, Winston tried making the roster in 2023 but was waived and re-signed to the PS.
