Dianna Russini reports that the Seahawks are attempting to trade WR Jermaine Kearse.
Kearse, 26, originally signed on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Washington back in 2012. He spent his rookie season on and off of the Seahawks’ practice squad before making the 53-man roster the following year.
He is entering the second year of a three-year, $13.5 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $2.2 million this year to go along with another $5 million in 2018.
