The Seattle Seahawks have generally avoided serious injuries to their players throughout training camp and preseason, but it looks like that wasn’t the case at Thursday’s joint practice with the Tennessee Titans.
According to Titans beat reporter Sam Phalen, free agent signing Pharaoh Brown was carted off the field with an apparent knee/lower leg injury following a hit by Titans cornerback Roger McCreary. Another Titans reporter, Easton Freeze, described Brown as being in “a lot of pain” following the collision.
We don’t know the severity of the injury but if it’s as bad as it sounds it would be a big blow to Seattle’s revamped tight end rotation.
