It has been a week and a half since the Seattle Seahawks and Brian Schottenheimer parted ways, and the number of names connected to the position in the time since continues to grow. Friday morning reports emerged that the Hawks had requested permission to interview a member of the coaching staff for the New Orleans Saints in relation to the position.
