The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly agreed to a contract with former first-round draft pick D.J. Fluker, an offensive lineman who recently played for the New York Giants.
This move reunites Fluker with Seahawks OL coach Mike Solari. Fluker had spent his first four seasons in the NFL with the San Diego Chargers, who selected the Alabama standout 11th overall in the 2013 NFL Draft, a draft class that the Seahawks seem borderline obsessed with salvaging. After a solid rookie season, Fluker struggled in subsequent years and found himself moved from right tackle to right guard in 2015, and then off the team altogether following the 2016 season.
