A month after the Seattle Seahawks slapped an original-round tender on defensive lineman Quinton Jefferson, the big man has reportedly signed that offer to remain with the team.
Tom Pelissero reports that Jefferson has signed the restricted free agent tender, which is one-year, $2.025 million for the former fifth-round pick.
Jefferson was drafted by Seattle in 2016, but found himself on injured reserve after hurting his knee early in the season. The Seahawks waived him prior to the start of the 2017 regular season. He was picked up by the Los Angeles Rams and was there for about 3 minutes, then was brought back by Seattle later that season.
