With the 2023 NFL regular season in the books, attention now turns to the postseason for teams that won’t be in the playoffs. For the Seattle Seahawks that means an end of year post mortem on the season, the roster and the staff, and during his weekly radio appearance on Monday, Seattle head coach Pete Carroll reminded fans that, “there’s always changes” after every season.
Of course, the Seahawks are not the only team that will be making changes, including several teams that have already opted to move on from their coaching staffs. Specifically, the Carolina Panthers are in the market for a new head coach after firing Frank Reich in November, and according to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, one of the coaches the Panthers are looking to interview is a former Seahawks assistant.
