The NFL’s overtime rules for regular season games may be changing in 2025.
According to Rob Maaddi of the Associated Press, the NFL is reportedly considering changing its overtime rules in the regular season to decrease the advantage for teams who win the coin toss.
“It’s time to rethink the overtime rule,” league executive Troy Vincent said Wednesday at the NFL scouting combine (via the AP).
