Following Brandon Marshall’s release on Tuesday, the Seattle Seahawks had an open roster spot. J.D. McKissic isn’t eligible to be activated from the injured reserve for another week, and so a receiver was expected to be added.
Keenan Reynolds, previously on the active roster before returning to the practice squad, would’ve been the safe assumption. Instead, Malik Turner, another practice squad receiver, has reportedly been promoted to the 53-man roster.
Good morning peoples.
The Seahawks were pretty quiet at the trade deadline but I’m hearing they’re promoting WR Malik Turner to the active roster.
