After an injury scare earlier in the week, it looks as if Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith has avoided anything serious.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Friday that, “Testing on Seahawks QB Geno Smith’s knee and hip injuries did not reveal anything significant and, as one source said, “he shouldn’t miss any time.’”
Technically he’s already missed time in the form of two practices, but you get the idea.
Smith fell to the turf at Tuesday’s practice after he was inadvertently contacted by a defender. Seahawks beat reporter Corbin Smith said that Geno “could be seen walking around with a hitch in his step after the play,” but that he still finished the practice.
