In the wake of the Seattle Seahawks trading for Jadeveon Clowney on Saturday, the team also cut ties with Cassius Marsh, who many had pegged as a lock to make the roster to bolster the pass rush of the Hawks in 2019. However, with Ziggy Ansah set to step onto the field in the coming weeks and the addition of Clowney to the defensive line, there wasn’t a lot of room for Marsh and the Seahawks decided to move on.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, it didn’t take long for Marsh to find a new home, as he is reportedly set to sign with the NFC West rival Arizona Cardinals.
