With a toothless pass rush and little signs of internal improvement, the Seattle Seahawks have made a move for help from the outside. On Wednesday, the Seahawks acquired disgruntled pass rusher Carlos Dunlap from the Bengals, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
