How much cap space the Seattle Seahawks have, in particular how much cap space they have in relation to the rest of the league has been a big question among fans waiting on a potential Jadeveon Clowney contract. Debates have raged about how much space the Hawks do or do not have, including the question of whether or not the team even has the space to sign Clowney, or any other pass rusher such as Matthew Judon or Yannick Ngakoue. The answer to that question is yes, as there are several ways the team can create space if it wants to, a question which I’ll look at later on Monday.
