The 2024 NFL trade deadline has come and gone, and the Seattle Seahawks have opted to hold firm. No one incoming, no one outgoing.
This is not to say the Seahawks didn’t make significant moves before the deadline. Defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris was acquired for a 2026 sixth-round pick, while inside linebacker Ernest Jones IV was traded from the Tennessee Titans to Seattle in exchange for fellow linebacker Jerome Baker and a 2025 fourth-rounder.
