Following months of anticipation, the first two days of the 2024 NFL Draft have come and gone. For the Seattle Seahawks, who held just a pair of picks during the first three rounds of the draft, the opening picks were used to address the trenches.
On Day 1 the Hawks added defensive tackle Byron Murphy to the defensive line, while on Day 2 they used their third-round pick to scoop up guard Christian Haynes. Both Murphy and Haynes address immediate needs for Seattle, and could easily see significant playing time as rookies as positions of weakness for the Seahawks in 2023.
