The first day of Seattle Seahawks training camp for the 2024 season is in the books. Fans poured into Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton to see their favorite team in action, and witness the start of a new era of Seahawks football. This is the first camp under new head coach Mike Macdonald and his staff, and there were plenty of new faces on the roster, whether through the draft, free agency, or (in the case of Sam Howell) trade.

Jerome Baker and Tyrel Dodson are back
After missing all of spring camp while recovering from their respective injuries, linebackers Jerome Baker and Tyrel Dodson passed their physicals on Tuesday to activate themselves off the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list.
