For the fifth time in the 2020 season, a Seattle Seahawk has been given NFC player of the week honors. For his performance against Washington, Michael Dickson received his second Special Teams Player of the Week award this season.
In the Seahawks’ 20-15 win over Washington, Dickson punted four times with a net average of 51 yards. All four of his punts were downed inside the 20-yard line, as he helped to hold off a comeback attempt by the NFC East side.
Dickson was previously named Special Teams Player of the Week in Week 2, another performance which saw all four punts downed inside the 20.
