RENTON, Wash. -- Michael Bennett said he was moved to emotion a few weeks ago while watching Ken Burns' PBS documentary, "The Vietnam War." With his interest piqued, the Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman read up on prisoners of war and soldiers missing in action from Vietnam.
That's what led Bennett to pick POW/MIA families as his cause to represent as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats initiative.
"I think it’s an issue that people don’t really know about, like how many people are missing, so for me ... I thought that would be a really good thing to do," Bennett said.
