RENTON -- Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett doesn't understand the NFL's rules when it comes to excessive celebration. But after being penalized in last week's win over the Los Angeles Rams, he has a pretty solid, if uncomfortably intimate, equation when it comes to pelvic thrusts.
"Two pumps gets you a baby," he said. "Three pumps get you a fine."
Bennett, 31, got to Rams quarterback Jared Goff in the fourth quarter of Thursday's 24-3 victory over Los Angeles, his first sack since returning from a knee injury that required arthroscopic surgery and cost him to miss five games.
