After retiring from the NFL last year, former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is going back to his college roots.
Lynch's BeastMode apparel company has struck a deal with the University of California for a line of co-branded merchandise that will be available this weekend for the team's home opener against Texas.
"The Cal brand represents uniqueness, creativity and freedom to be who you are that aligns with BeastMode," said Lynch, who played at the school from 2004 to 2006.
