RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks offensive line coach Tom Cable was asked Tuesday what the team will miss without starting left guard Luke Joeckel, who's expected to be out for at least another month following knee surgery.
"A lot of experience, a really good player," Cable said. "You could argue that he's been the most consistent, solid guy for us through five games."
Joeckel's absence is a tough blow to an offensive line in particular that has struggled and an offense in general that has run occasionally hot but much more often cold through the start of the season.
