The Los Angeles Rams have traded 2014 #2 overall pick Greg Robinson to the Detroit Lions, in exchange for a 2018 6th round pick. Detroit needed offensive tackle depth after starting LT Taylor Decker underwent shoulder surgery, which will put him out of commission for anywhere between 4-6 months.
“Since we drafted Greg, he has been committed to our organization, his teammates and community outreach,” Rams General Manager Les Snead said in a team press release. “We appreciate his dedication and the effort he’s put forth over the past three seasons.
