Clearing out the notebook following Sunday’s Seahawks practice.
— After Thursday’s mixed bag of snaps from rookie Nolan Frese, it’s no surprise that the Seahawks might be looking examining all options at that spot. But it might be a surprise to find out that one of them is linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis. The third-year player from Boston College handled a few snaps during a team session Sunday. Asked how he did, coach Pete Carroll said: “He was very careful, but the ball got there. We placed it down and kicked it. He did fine.” Frese had both a low and a high snap in Thursday’s game, the latter contributing to a missed field goal attempt by Steven Hauschka.
