The Seattle Seahawks held practice on a foggy Thursday afternoon at the VMAC in Renton. Unlike Wednesday, this was a fully-fledged practice and not a walk-thru, and two Seahawks defensive starters remain sidelined due to injury.
Safety Jamal Adams, who missed last week’s win over the Philadelphia Eagles with ongoing knee soreness, is still not back at practice. Neither is cornerback Devon Witherspoon, who’s been dealing with a hip pointer. That doesn’t sound promising for either one of them to play Week 16 against the Tennessee Titans.
Ken Walker is still not back at practice, but I’m not sure I’d worry too much given he played on Monday.
