Every weekday morning, we'll round up local and national Seattle Seahawks-related coverage.
Danny O'Neil of 710 ESPN Seattle makes some excellent points about why linebacker Bruce Irvin is the most likely Seahawks free agent to sign elsewhere:
Irvin really wants to rush the passer, and while he didn't drag his feet about switching positions, if another team offers a gig as a full-time pass-rusher, that will be more attractive not to mention likely more lucrative.
If the Seahawks really wanted Irvin on the team in 2016, they would have exercised the fifth-year option that was part of his contract as a first-round pick.
