For three quarters of the NFL the offseason has begun, and that includes the Seattle Seahawks, who failed to qualify for the postseason for the second year in a row and the third time in four years.
The offseason, of course, means free agency and the draft, but before either of those arrive, all 32 NFL teams must come into compliance with the salary cap ahead of the start of the new league year on March 12 at 4 pm New York time.
